丨Product Description
Our 300PSI Resilient Wedge OS&Y Gate Valve Model Z81-300 with flanged x grooved ends is a fully certified fire protection valve engineered to pass North American fire project bidding and inspection.
Listed with UL, cUL, FM, NSF/ANSI 61 & NSF/ANSI 372, it complies with FM 1120/1130 and UL 262 pressure standards. Sizes range from 2" (FM only) to 2.5"-12" (FM & UL), rated at 300PSI working pressure and 600PSI test pressure within 0-80°C (32-176°F) working temperature. Groove ends follow ANSI/AWWA C606, face-to-face dimensions meet ASME B16.10, equipped with body NPT plug and two operating nuts. Standard epoxy coating, NSF certified lead-free version available.
All structural components adopt standardized ASTM grade materials: ASTM A536 ductile iron body, EPDM resilient wedge for zero leakage, SS304 fasteners, and C95400 bronze components.
